who we are & what we do

Opening our doors in 2015, Southern Maine Massage & Wellness has become Maine's premier personal wellness center and massage therapy Co-Op.

Who are we? Well, we were inspired by the idea that massage therapists and providers who share in the creation, dedication and hard work of running a wellness practice could also share in ideas, client care and responsibility. We run our practice a little differently than other massage businesses and spas as each of our massage therapists and technicians are equally invested in the success of our wellness center.

We have built a reputation for providing professional services, a comfortable atmosphere that ensures relaxation and the kind of massage, yoga and facial care that is valuable, memorable and exceptional.

With a combined 100+ years of experience, each of us at Southern Maine Massage & Wellness all come from different backgrounds, education, training and styles of practice. Please read on to learn a little bit more about each of us.
