This three-hour spa day includes a 60 Minute Microdermabrasion Facial, a 60 Minute Dry Brush Exfoliation session that is accompanied with a Full Body Massage, and finally, a 60 Minute Citrus Bliss Foot Soak with Foot and Lower Leg Massage and a delectable Sugar Scrub!
In microdermabrasion, tiny crystals are used to gently exfoliate and remove the outer layer of the skin. Buffing out wrinkles while tightening and toning, the benefits of microdermabrasion are instant. Thai Compress Massage uses a muslin cloth, packed with Thai herbs, to work the soft tissue of the body. The compression balls are heated and then applied directly to the body to massage the muscles. Thai Compress Massages can help melt away muscular pain, tension, and aches, it can also increase the delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and stimulate the lymphatic system.

During our Jade Facial, our estheticians use a gua sha made of pure Jade, which is a cooling and cleansing stone used in Chinese medicine for centuries to aid the body's filtration organs and lymph system to expel toxins. This facial is fantastic for reducing inflammation and puffiness. With gentle pressure, in the correct directions, the gua sha can aid in encouraging the lymphatic fluid to move along its pathways and drain into the body.
