COVID-19 PROTOCOL

Southern Maine Massage & Wellness is working very hard to accommodate both new and old protocols to keep you and our work family healthy.

Appointments: All appointments will be cashed out via our online scheduling system, which means you will need a valid, updated card on file, or please bring cash. If you would like to leave gratuity on the card, please let your practitioner know at the end of the session. In an effort to maintain contactless payments, we will not be using our point of sale system, at this time.

Arrival: Prior to arrival, please make sure that you have filled out your intake and consent forms. A link can be found in your confirmation email, or, you will be emailed the night before with a reminder if they haven't been completed. In addition, please be sure to carefully review the COVID Waiver so that you understand the current risks and precautions being taken to ensure everyone's safety.

Masks: MASKS ARE MANDATORY TO ENTER THE BUILDING. We will still be requiring masks for treatments unless we have proof of complete vaccinations. Please note, some of our providers may still require masks for treatment, regardless if a client is inoculated.

Sanitation: The family at SMM&W has taken additional steps, above and beyond the state's requirements, to make sure that everyone is being treated in a safe and sanitized environment. From hospital grade cleaners, air purification systems and PPE we will be doing everything in our power to keep you healthy and happy. Please know that some of these practices are time sensitive and may cause a slight delay to your appointment time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but ask that you are patient with us while we navigate this together.

Additionally

1. Any and all symptomatic clients or practitioners are asked to stay home.

2. All rooms, linens and high traffic areas will be sanitized before and after your treatments.

3. We ask that you wash your hands upon arrival and limit your use of paper towels to one to dry your hands to help us conserve and limit our waste.

4. Plastic cups and hand sanitizer will also be provided as an extra precaution.

5. Our cancellation policies and no-show policies remain the same so please refer to them if you have any questions.

We are so honored to have you as part of our business and we want to insure you that we are taking every step to make your visit comfortable and will continue to give the same level of expert care that you are accustomed to.

Your wellbeing is our priority.
